The Dog’s World

Hello All! This site was created to let everyone know more about the the exciting times I have with my awesome Pit Bull, Maya. In the process of telling more about Maya and her adventures, I wanted to be able to share information about where we have found local dogs parks and other dog related and dog friendly activities. In my experience, having a dog like Maya, who is the most loving and loyal animal alive, I have run into the ever-annoying road block of not know where I can take her to let her be able to run around and have fun. I am always on the look out for dog friendly hotels, parks, parades, trails, neighborhoods, restaurants, and events. Maya is such a huge part of my life that I feel the need to bring her everywhere (I’m sure most dog lovers feel the same way). I’ve got a Jeep Wrangler that constantly has its windows out so Maya can be in the back hanging half her body out the side. She is tied up to the roll bar of course, but she definitely isn’t scared of stretching as much of her body outside the jeep as she possibly can. My girlfriend finds it her job to hold onto the leash to make sure she keeps her paws off the fenders. We live in the beautiful city of St. Louis and have explored most of the well known parks and rivers around the area. Some of our best times have been going to a park all day and letting Maya wear herself out and then finishing the day off at a restaurant that will let us eat outside with Maya laying on the side walk. Well anyways, I hope everyone enjoys reading about Maya’s adventures and I hope this blog is helpful in finding out more about where you can enjoy more time with your energetic pet.
